Thank you so much for an amazing result of the Battle of the DJ's on Saturday! Kudos to all the DJ's who been investing time, work and money and of course to all the wonderful guests!! You been more than generous! All thumbs up to Misti for putting this event together!

Rock 'gainst Hunger Event Today!!

Two events coming up at your favorite bar

Yes, coming to a bar near you ;-)

We have two Rock 'gainst Hunger events coming to you soon and like always we have to ask for you support to help us help starving babies and children.

On Saturday, September 29 we'll have a battle of guest DJ's lined up for you! Everything raised that night will go directly to the charity.

And then on October 9 and 10 we're going to celebrate 1 year of RgH in RL.
We're know in Sl for 3 years now but now having our first anniversary of the official RL NPO!
Gonna be blast and you get more info on time.

Thanks to all our supporters we could make another awesome shopping tour for the starving children!

We bought 60 packages of high protein cookies, 150 packages peanut cream, 400 Polio vaccanations, 2000 packages ORS against diarrhea, 2 first aid kits, 60 Malaria units, 10 000 water clearing pills, 3000 bags of micro nutrition powder! 

That's $583 of pure help!

Live Circus Encore

Guest DJ Din had an encore of his acclained "Live Circus" set on Tuesday at SuperStar! Thanks to his awesome music and the more than generous family of SuperStars we could raise L$ 9000 during that party!! Thank you so much!
So with both Live Circus events he raised 20.000! :) WTG!!

Fantasy Club

The team of Fantasy Club has made 7000 Linden for RgH! YAY! Thank you to Joshua, Graycon and the Owners for supporting! And of course thank you to everyone who has donated to help feeding the hungry children!

LIFE BALL 2012

The annual Life Ball, world's biggest HIV/AIDS charity event is close and like every year I'm gonna bring it to SL for you! :) This one day every Linden dollar we make goes directly to amfAR to support the fight against AIDS!

So May 19 6 PM SLT be there for the biggest Party on the grid!!! DJ's, Live Performance and a great show waiting for you!
These years motto is "Fight the flames of ignorance" with the element fire closing the elements circle.

300 portions of a special vitamin enriched peanut butter for malnourished children

200 Polio vaccinations!

200 Measles vaccinations!

1000 water cleaning tablets for 50 000 litre drinking water!

600 portions of micro nutriant powder for malnourished children!

1 drinking water pump!!!

Every single donation counts!

Rock 'gainst Hunger Needs YOU

Yes we're currently looking for helpers again. 
That doesn't mean donators (we always need them) it means people willing to work with the management of RgH. 
What do we seek? Dancers (needs people with stable internet so you don't crash all the time) to work on shows for RgH with us. 
We need shop and club owners willing to let us rezz donation guitars and are willing to promote cause during their parties/shop notecards.
We're interested in creative people that would like to create certain pieces of their collection for Rock 'gainst Hunger i.e. if you are a jewelry designer why not have a little collection of RgH items with the money going to the charity?
If you want to set up an even to raise donations for us we can help you. 
We need performers to do live events for the cause as well!
Let's be creative, friends. The hungry children need us more than ever.

Our latest RgH Fair-A-Thon

Last Thursday DJ Fairlight, Host SweetBee and Graycon decided to do the 4 hr party called Fair-A-Thon for RgH only instead of taking tips.
The made L$ 12 000 that night so our heartly thank yous go out to Fair, Bee and Gray for spending the time and efforts and to all of our amazing supporters and SuperStars who donated so generously! THANK YOU!

What we have done today:

We provided water cleaning tablets for 50 000 litre drinking water!
60 portions of nutritional special milk for children that can't eat solid food!
2400 portions of micro nutriant powder for malnourished children!
1000 tetanus vaccinations!
150 portions of a special vitamin enriched peanut butter for malnourished children

(All supplied through UNICEF)

Donated EURO 150 (approx. USD 190,81) to help fight hunger at the Horn of Africa!
